So, I just wanted to say sorry about the other day, and could anyone tell me where the hospital is? Apparently I actually do have a job, but I'm not sure how to get there. Also is it just me, or does the air smell different? I'm a little concerned, lavender always gave me horrible headaches.

Also seriously? What the hell is with this Red Scare? I knew this was supposed to be a 1950's knockoff, but this is just insane!

Okay, guys? I don't know when I'll be back but there's a platter of pancakes on the kitchen counter and a plate of cookies next to it. You are not allowed to eat the whole plate of cookies before I get back, I didn't get to have any yet because they were too hot. I'll bite you if they're all gone when I get home.

Sort of. The older alphas told stories of the old world wolves getting cursed so that they had to walk upright like men. Not all of them, but enough that there's a lot of us with human faces. It's not something any of us like talking about, because it's pretty upsetting.

If we're not really wolves, and we're not human, what are we? I guess back home, we're the reason why there's werewolf stories at all. I dunno about what it's like where you're from, though. I really miss my ears and tail though. I feel like my head's stuffed in a barrel and I've got cotton up my nose.

Here you go. [She slides a plate over to Annie, the gravy warm to bring out the taste better. Now she wants eggs. She huffs, making herself some scrambled eggs since the pan's hot.]
